The client brought me a photo of a gate from the Vatican in Rome. I produced a very slightly modified version of the original for his country home. This is an excellent example if combining traditional and modern joinery techniques to provide something both aesthically pleasing, yet practical. I also made at his request, a big old fashioned key for the functioning lock.
