Fireplaces present so many opportunities for ironwork, screens, doors, fire tools, grates, cranes, and even cauldrons, provide ways to enhance the function and the beauty of different styles of fireplaces. Sometimes my work becomes the focal point but other times it is a subtle enhancement to an overall effect. Either way I enjoy the limitless possibilities of this genre.
