Forging Door Hardware Course
Course Instructor: Robb Martin
This is an intermediate level course for students who have taken the Basic Tool Making Course (or equivalent). In it we explore traditional forged strap hinges both barrel and pintle and butt hinge styles. Hasps, door pulls and knockers are also examined. Along with all the usual forge techniques, this course gives students an opportunity to attempt forge welding.
$480.00 CAD + HST
16 hours intensive study. Courses run 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Friday and Saturday.
